i mean, for real?? how unbelievably amazing is THIS?!? i love how it mixes so many different elements -- "formal" topiaries (which, by the way, i totally DO NOT agree with.... topiaries get a bad rap being called formal... they are COOL and funky), palms, italian cypress trees, funky angles.... i love it! its like the designer couldn't really decide which look to go with -- which turned out to be the best look of all!
